Covid-19: What We’re Doing to Keep You Safe

As New Zealand is now at alert level 1 which allows domestic travel, we are able to operate privately guided and self-driven tours of New Zealand for travellers from all over the country!

We are following all government guidelines to ensure we are operating safely. On guided tours, guides will carry hand sanitiser for themselves and clients, make regular stops for hand washing where possible, wipe down vehicle surfaces regularly and encourage physical distancing where possible – avoiding crowded areas and planning each day ahead to minimise contact with large groups of people. Guides will of course only guide tours if they are well and have not experienced any Covid-19 symptoms. Guides will also keep a detailed daily log of places visited by scanning QR codes which will help with contract tracing if necessary.

For self-drive clients we will ensure our company representative who greets upon arrival is well, has not had any symptoms of Covid-19 and is practicing good hand hygiene. They will keep a safe distance during the meet and greet. All rental vehicles provided will be thoroughly cleaned to a high standard.
We will work with all accommodation and activity providers to ensure they are following government guidelines in terms of hygiene and physical distancing, recording client details for contract tracing reasons, etc.

This pandemic has taught us that anything is possible, so we understand that many people will have concerns over booking with us and having the worry of needing to cancel in the future.
