We all missed some great events on the Kiwi social calendar in 2020 and in 2021 we want to make the most of the great festivals and celebrations Aotearoa has to offer! The first in our collection of event packages on offer is the famous Arrowtown Autumn Festival!

Unfortunately the event was cancelled in 2020 for obvious reasons, so the 2021 festival will be even more special than previous years with patrons itching to get back and enjoy the festivities. Since it’s first year in 1985, the festival has always been a great way to celebrate and reflect on Arrowtown’s colourful history and to enjoy each others company. It has also enabled visitors to enjoy all the qualities that make the town special.

We have put together a package with Heritage Queenstown (20 minutes from Arrowtown) for a 4 night stay and we’ve also included some excellent Queenstown adventures and cuisine experiences as well as two key Arrowtown Autumn Festival events:

The Akarua Autumn Long Lunch:

The Roaring 20’s Prohibiton Party:

Wind back the clock 100 years and come party the night away 1920s style! This event from the Akarua Arrowtown Autumn Festival is not one to miss – live band and entertainment, Akarua wines, mouth watering nibbles, a secret speakeasy bar, prizes for best dressed and a whole lot more. Calling all mobsters and flappers, Peaky Blinders and Bugsy Malones, Great Gatsbys and Greta Garbos! It’s time to sort your costume and join us for the party of the year.

The Arrowtown Autumn Festival runs from 22-26 April and there are a heap of different events for all tastes; a lot of them free of charge. Enjoy street parades, live music, art exhibitions, delectable food and wine from local growers, events for kids, quiz nights, outdoor movies and more!
