Easy Steps to Your Perfect Adventure
Our booking process is designed to make your life easier, ensuring you get the New Zealand experience you’ve always wanted.
- Initial Consultation: Look through our sample tour itineraries for inspiration or fill out our easy “Enquire About a Tour” form.
- Tailor-Made Proposals: We’ll follow up with an email asking for some additional details. We’ll then create a custom tour proposal for you to review.
- Feedback and Finalization: Whether via email or in person, we’re here to tweak your itinerary until it’s just right. Once you’re happy, you’ll approve the tour.
- Reservation and Payment: Accept our terms, fill in our booking and waiver forms, and make a 30% deposit. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
- Tour Confirmation: Once we receive your deposit, our reservations team will get to work on confirming your reservations.
- Final Touches: Your balance is due 45 days before your tour starts. Two weeks before your trip, we send you all the necessary details to ensure a smooth journey.
